I am super excited to share with you a revolutionary concept that is rocking my world: you don’t need to exercise. According to Jen Hoffman, own and yoga instructor at Stay At Home Yoga, the modern lifestyle puts stress on the body that it doesn’t release. While setting aside a specific time to move the body may be helpful, our bodies crave holistic, healthy movement incorporated into the course of our daily lives. Practicing this movement is a lot easier than you might think.

Stay At Home Yoga is a virtual yoga studio allows you to access yoga instruction anytime, anywhere. The classes range from 2-minute yoga breaks to hour-plus intensives. The more comfortable I become with the movement and breathing patterns, the more relaxed and rejuvenated I feel.

If you’re interested in learning more about healthy movement, Jen is making a class available for FREE. She starts by redefining health as how we feel, not how we look. This 3-part video series offers insight into why so many of us struggle physically and puts tools in your hands for improving your flexibility, strength and focus. Each video includes easy stretches that you can do from the comfort of your home. I’ve done two of the three videos so far. They are simple, informative, and fun.

If you’re tired, achy or feel guilty about not exercising, this class could be a game-changer. Access the class link here: http://www.stayathomeyoga.com/0415fb/.

I’m spreading the word because Jen’s instruction is changing my perspective and my body for the better. Check it out!
