Fashion brand Bottega Veneta<\/a> has opened a pop-up shop<\/a> at London department store Harrods<\/a> with an interlocking shelving system that draws on modernist architecture. <\/span><\/p>\n

Located on the ground floor of the Knightsbridge store, the Bottega Veneta<\/a> pop-up shop was created by the brand’s in-house design team to celebrate 50 years of its signature weave, the Intrecciato.<\/p>\n

This woven-leather design informed the interior of the pop-up store, which features an interlocking system of furniture and fixtures.<\/p>\n

According to the brand, the concrete-and-wood shelving system also references its geographical roots and the architecture of the region.<\/p>\n

“Developed in concrete and Italian walnut wood, this interconnected scheme also nods to modernist architecture in the house’s native Veneto region,” Bottega Veneta said.<\/p>\n

The store also features large chairs clad in an oversized version of the Intrecciato pattern in black leather.<\/p>\n

The pop-up shop will sell Bottega Veneta’s ready-to-wear clothes, leather goods and jewellery, as well as shoes and fragrance.<\/p>\n

At its centre, the store has a large table, La Tavola, which the brand describes as a “new architectural concept”.<\/p>\n
